Key Responsibilities
As the Hospitality, Events & Cellar Door Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at our cellar door and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include engaging with guests to share your knowledge of our wines, planning and executing events like wine tastings and private functions, and managing logistics. You will also assist with the accommodation check-in and check-out process, and handle stock management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
About You
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Previous experience in hospitality, events management, or a related field, preferably in a winery or vineyard setting;
- A passion for wine and knowledge of viticulture is advantageous;
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with wine and food;
- Passion for hospitality and events;
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a high-pressure environment;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays; and
- Current RSA certificate essential
