1. Hospitality, Housekeeping, Events & Cellar Door Casuals & RP’s (Responsible Person)
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused, hospitality professionals to join our talented team. In this diverse casual role, you will support our hospitality team to deliver quality service across events, award-winning weddings, corporate functions, and our cellar door restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and attention to detail across all hospitality departments;
  • Assist and support cellar door operations including the running of our small, but busy restaurant, structured wine tastings, and accommodation check-ins;
  • Assist with weddings and events
About You

  • A strong hospitality background and previous experience in a similar role;
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with wine and food;
  • Passion for hospitality and events;
  • Available to work weekends;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a high-pressure environment;
  • Basic wine knowledge or willingness to learn; and
  • Current RSA certificate essential

2. Hospitality, Events & Cellar Door Supervisor (Casual, Part-time, Full-time available)

The Hospitality, Events & Cellar Door Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at our cellar door and coordinating events that highlight our vineyard’s offerings. This role involves leading a dynamic team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

As the Hospitality, Events & Cellar Door Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at our cellar door and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include engaging with guests to share your knowledge of our wines, planning and executing events like wine tastings and private functions, and managing logistics. You will also assist with the accommodation check-in and check-out process, and handle stock management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About You

  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Previous experience in hospitality, events management, or a related field, preferably in a winery or vineyard setting;
  • A passion for wine and knowledge of viticulture is advantageous;
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with wine and food;
  • Passion for hospitality and events;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a high-pressure environment;
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays; and
  • Current RSA certificate essential

3. Day Spa Therapist (Casual)

The successful candidate will join the professional Day Spa team to ensure the smooth delivery of all treatments and experiences.

  • Hands on experience in massage techniques and face/body/spa therapies;
  • Confident recommending and prescribing skincare;
  • Effective and clear communication and customer service skills;
  • User level computer skills;
  • Availability to work weekends and other days as per your contract;
  • Possess a high standard of grooming and personal presentation;
  • Attention to detail; Positive attitude; Willing to work in a team and be a proactive and positive team member. A strong spa therapy background to offer exceptional customer experiences
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop & maintain a strong working culture
  • Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with our cellar door team (back of house and front of house)
  • The ability to show initiative and work autonomously when required

Qualifications & experience

  • Certificates in Beauty Therapy and Spa Therapy; and Possession of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Preferred.
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy (preferred) with a specific focus in providing spa treatments;
